Banc Certified Merchant Services brings merchants the latest technology in check conversion. With electronic check conversion merchants are able to accept all checks with no risk. Each electronic check is guaranteed either electronically or by paper. Save money on deposit and bad check fees, banking time and effort, and limited cash flow delays. After the transmission for approval, a receipt is printed for the customer to sign allowing for ACH funds to transfer.

This service requires a RDM check reader to image the check electronically. The check is then returned to the consumer and the merchants account is funded in 2-3 days. Some merchants may be able to use existing credit card equipment otherwise equipment will be provided by BCMS.
